about the writer

since the link you just selected suggests that you are inquiring about personal aspects of my life, i will divulge them to a minimal extent. i live in buffalo, ny and work at a laundromat to pay the rent.

i'm twenty-three years of age, and i'm ready to lay down and die. after some political and/or philosophical agitation, that is. although i'm often told that i look years younger than i really am, i certainly feel much older, and it is widely agreed that my wisdom concurs with that feeling.

people that i'm around on a frequent basis have referred to me as "odd", "quirky", "weird", "eccentric", etc. that could, perhaps, be on account of their limited capacity for creative discourse. i do find it a little strange that i'm not considered as a "regular" person, or whatever it is that anyone else is regarded as, but i don't feel regular, so that may explain it. i'm generally either obnoxious and cynical or sulky and introverted.

my favorite season is autumn, because sweaters make me feel comfortable, i like changing and falling leaves, and new york state has the best apple cider. yes, that's correct, i love apple cider.

i'm an anarcho-syndicalist. this means that i believe in consensus decision-making, and a practical means of production. workers should own and manage their trades accordingly, and conduct transactions with other trades and approach necessary decision-making within their community without hierarchic demands or expectations. as i am a lover of history, and history is the accumulation of various different accounts of fact and fiction from the beginning of time, i also love reading of successful (or quasi-successful) anarchist movements in the past.

i don't drive, but i do have a driving permit (not license) for new york state. i don't care for cars, and driving is the most boring thing i have ever experienced, ever. most motor vehiclists frustrate me on account of their incompetence and disregard for road laws and simple common courtesy towards others using the roads. i ride my bicycle every day, and it seems much more practical than driving any motorized vehicle.
